I certainly agree that once upon a time AIOSEOP was an essential plugin to install, but these days, I think it’s been overtaken with more efficient and feature-rich plugins like WordPress SEO by Yoast.

I absolutely agree with Dicky – Contact form 7 is more suitable for beginners, also I’d suggest PHPForms – as it is an easy to use program, that offers a big variety of forms.
